A 1973 graduate, Mr. Dunne was voted "Most Likely to Succeed", was senior class president, received the "Leadership Award" and was Most Valuable Player of the tennis team. Mr. Dunne graduated Summa Cum Laude with Highest Honors from the University of Kentucky. He received a double major Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism and Business Administration with minors in Music Composition and Advertising. After college, Mr. Dunne sought a career in the entertainment business and quickly became the associate producer and writer for the "Happy Days" television series. He became producer of the "Joanie Loves Chachi" television series. M Dunne wrote numerous songs and episodes for each series. Mr. Dunne has been nominated for several awards for his music: Emmy Awards, Grammy Awards and Academy Country Music Awards. He received a Country Music Award for the song "Nobody Loves Me Like You Do". Mr. Dunne is active in professional organizations as well as charities. He is a member of The Writer's Guild of America, Producers Guild of America, American Society of Composers and Publishers, Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, The Special Olympics, Beyond War, The Muscular Dystrophy Association and is a Youth Counselor at St. Matthews Parish in Pacific Palisades, California. Mr. Dunne is married to Catherine Bailly, has one daughter and resides in Pacific Palisades, California.
